Fees: All fees are charged by the day to include the day of arrival and the day of departure. Fees are payable either in advance or on departure, as agreed at the time of booking.

Extra services: These will be priced separately and added to the final account.

Payments: The payment for boarding fees and other services may be made by cash or cheque.

Vaccinations: All pets accepted for boarding must be accompanied by a current vaccination certificate.

Veterinary fees: Veterinary fees incurred during the boarding period are the responsibility of the client and must be paid at the time of settling the boarding fees.

Belongings: All belongings left on the premises are left entirely at the client's risk. Any bedding and sleeping beds must be in a clean and parasite-free condition. Any belongings becoming soiled during the boarding period will be destroyed.

Pet carriers: All carriers must be clearly marked with the client's name and address.

Pet sharing: Please stipulate whether you wish your dogs/cats to be boarded together.

General welfare: Every care will be given to the welfare and safety of all pets boarded. However, please note that pets are boarded entirely at the client's risk.

If the client fails to collect their pets within 14 days of the due date of departure, the client is deemed to have given authority to the owners of Limekiln Kennels to rehome or dispose of the pets without further reference to the client.

Clients also consent, as part of these terms and conditions, to their pets being examined/treated by a veterinary surgeon.

All clients, when booking, agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
